Santa Fe Girls’ School is a federally recognized 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. It relies on donations from individuals and foundations to maintain its excellence in educating adolescent girls. Tuition covers approximately 82% of the cost to educate each student; the school seeks another 18% in personal donations and in grants. Your personal gift can be designated for general operational expenses, or targeted for tuition assistance, special programs or capital expenses.
Your tax-deductible gift will help us to continue to provide superior programming for adolescent girls.
The School, though small, does an amazing job. I have been teaching there 15 years and seen class after class of girls change into their own womanhood and power. It is the most thoughtful staff and curriculum I have ever encountered.

The school’s standard for excellence is what prepared me most for high school. The most important thing the staff does is teach their students a work ethic. Among other things, they stress that the only one who can learn for you is you. Your teachers respect and help you and expect you to behave respectfully and help keep the classroom a place to learn.

Santa Fe Girls’ School over-prepared me for any school, if there is such a thing. Even more important, they gave me the confidence to excel!
Moriah Major, Graduate, student at University of San Francisco
It is a girl-only school for 6, 7 and 8 graders that focuses on rigorous learning and as importantly, self-esteem and giving girls the inner tools they need to negotiate life without sacrificing who they are. I was so inspired by the dedication and focus of the teachers, but more importantly, the passion and expression of the girls left me awestruck. We need more strong women in our world!

During my time at the Santa Fe Girls’ School I began to discover my passion while gaining the tools I needed to be successful. My experience with the unique, hands-on environmental program inspired me to pursue a degree in Watershed Science. Even more importantly, the school provided an incredible base for developing my confidence both inside and out of the academic world.
Melissa Miller, student at Colorado State University, Watershed Science with a minor in Spacial Information Management
